The demand for housing association homes within the Rhondda Cynon Taff is very high in some areas and typical waiting times will depend on your application band and the date of your application.

Availability of the size of the home within the areas that you wish to be considered for housing will also affect the length of time you may have to wait to be housed. Please note that should you wish to be considered for areas where there is limited availability of the type and size of home you require, then your waiting time will be substantially longer.

More information about average waiting times is available at https://homefinderrct.abritas.net/AverageWaitingTime/Results?AverageWaitingTimePeriods
